Drive Off in Neko Case’s Mercury Cougar
Neko Case is our kind of singer – talented, gorgeous, red head, and a kick ass charity promoter. Oh… she also loved a 1967 Mercury Cougar. The singer posed atop one for the cover of her “Middle Cyclone” album. That vehicle can now be yours if the price is right.
Named “Neko Case’s Mercury Cougar-Rama Muscle Car-Splosion,” Case is raffling off the Cougar to benefit “826 National” – a project supporting educational writing group founded by author Dave Eggers.
Neko made a video highlighting the Cougar — named “Angie Dickinson” — showing off the pristine condition and original paint. Tickets start at $45.
